Avalanche: Does the avalanche pre compute any parts of the SSL handshake in an attempt to speed it up

• Avalanche does not pre compute SSL and is doing a full handshake/key exchange.   • Even though the certificate/key sizes are the same - increased latency would not be unexpected when running through a DUT or against a real server compared to Avalanche back to back.
