Cyberflood: Aalanche: Cyberflood Cannot Find/Add Device from Device Manager, Same Chassis is visible to Avalanche Commander

Background Info: Customer reported that having some problems with his test port reservation and decided to delete the internal device from the CF Controller System Manager. But after deleting the device, he couldn´t add it back as it was not listing on the available devices list.   • Cyberflood Controller does not see the Internal/External testing device (Chassis) but this chassis is visible from Avalanche Commander (Port Reservation Window). • •   • Chassis does look ok from the CLI (listvms, linkstat, status, etc) • System Reset option (from System Manager) is supposed to remove all devices, all queues and stops all tests, but retains all data on the CF Controller does not make any change. • A reboot or power cycle does not make any change. • No tests can be run, because there is no device / queues created for the tests.
