CyberFlood: Avalanche: Downgrade a CyberFlood controller

Knowledge Base - FAQ

N/A
There is a risk to downgrading a CyberFlood controller.  Because there is no quality check on the effect of a downgrade, CyberFlood downgrades are not supported. In one case, the customer upgraded their controller to 25.4, but later downgraded to 25.2, but because the TOS database columns were changed from 25.2 to 25.3, this disabled the System Manager page thereby making CyberFlood unusable. If you must downgrade, make sure you take a backup first. See Cyberflood: How to perform a backup and restore on Cyberflood controller  This way, if you encounter problems, you can always attempt to backup the latest tests after the downgrade, then upgrade to the original version and restore the original backup.  To perform a downgrade, follow the steps in Cyberflood: How to upgrade a Cyberflood Controller.
