Cyberflood: CyberThreat Assessment (CTA) test does not run when Controller is deployed in premises and CFv is deployed on Cloud (AWS, GCP, etc.).

Some symptoms experienced are (but not limited to):
•
Getting the error Assessment failed. Error when registering portgroup [] to message bus: Error while calling jsoncmd_connectToMessageBus: Exceeded 30 redirects
•
Other test types (such as HTTP throughput and eMIX) work correctly.
•
Even the most basic CTA test fails.
•
Upgrading the Controller or the CFv does not help.
•
Configuring the CTA from scratch in the newer version does not help.
•
Deleting the CFv and adding it back and creating a new queue does not help.
•
Deploying a new CFv does not help.
•
CTA test run if the Controller is deployed in the same VPC as the CFv.
•
CTA test run if the Controller is deployed in another VPC (even in different Cloud Platform) and an Elastic Public IP is assigned to the Controller instance.
