Knowledge Base - FAQ
• "NetSecOPEN Enterprise Perimeter Traffic Mix" test ran with default configuration, but amid the test run traffic generation falls to a very low value getting stuck forever (maintaining that load) till the end of the test.
• Test starts and after some time it fails and traffic drops to a very low load maintaining those open connectins opened forever.
• Under "Test Criteria Charts -> Load Specification" Graph, DESIRED LOAD / CURRENT LOAD / CRITERIA FAIL LINE.
• Test does not honor the DESIRED LOAD vs CURRENT LOAD when hitting the bad state.
• There is no Ramp Down phase, test continues forever.
• Test stucks and no way to close this test from CANCEL test button. Tried from Dashboard and opening test and pressing multiple times CANCEL/STOP TEST.
• After some test stops attempts, test run is cancelled and its possible to run tests again using that chassis. Tried to run HTTP Throughput to validate this.
• Chassis never goes into a bad state, needing to reboot. It is available immediately after test crashed is stopped and removed from the running tests queue.
• Noticed that "test progress" from the test run window does not match with the "test progress bar" shown in Dashboard.
• NO Error Shown: No Error message is given, test completes (cancelled ones also) without errors.
