PRODUCT UPDATE Announcing STC v5.53 Release   VIAVI is excited to announce the availability of VIAVI TestCenter (STC) v5.53. STC is an end-to-end test and validation solution delivering high performance, massive scale, and advanced statistics for Cloud to 800Gbps. This release introduces significant enhancements to: • PPPoL2TP traffic support • Automotive and Routing capabilities • AI Datacenter - Collective Communications Library (CCL) traffic emulation • A new TestCenter+ incremental release • And critical issue resolution    ReleaseVIAVI TestCenter v5.53Key New Features Access: • PPPoL2TP Traffic Supports Multiple LACs • STC emulates PPPoE clients and L2TP Network Server (LNS) connecting with multiple L2TP Access Concentrators (LAC). Once PPPoE over L2TP services are established, bidirectional traffic between PPPoE clients and the LNS will be accurately routed to the appropriate LAC. AI Datacenter - CCL: • CCL Send Out Traffic Synchronously   • In CCL Traffic Emulation wizard, users can now choose to send out the traffic synchronously or asynchronously for improved traffic creation control. • CCL JCT Support L1 Results • In addition to providing bandwidth test results at the payload layer, this feature adds L1 bandwidth test results for easy comparison with maximum port speed improving test analysis. • CCL Halving and Doubling Traffic Pattern • Add a new traffic pattern: Halving and Doubling. The number of ports in each communicator must be 2 to the power of n, expanding STC’s AI Datacenter traffic scenario capability. • CCL Support Random Reduce Time • For RingAllReduce and Halving and Doubling traffic patterns, Reduce Time can be randomized for each step and port. For more comprehensive tests users can define the range of Reduce Time and preview the values by clicking “Preview Reduce Times”. Automotive: • EVPN Type 4 Supports SRv6 Data Plane Encapsulation   • For BGP Routes configuration, SRv6 Data Plane Encapsulation can be configured for EVPN Type 4 if BGP SR is enabled • Remove LSP Command in PCE Received LSP Results   • Added “Send Remove LSP” in the PCE LSP results. PCE will send an Initiate message to delete the LSP by this command Enhancement: • Support for FEC error histogram on B2/B3 8*100G default mode • VIAVI TestCenter IQ now supports FEC error histogram in Layer 1 results for 8x100G mode Routing: • Delete Existing Stream Blocks after BGP Import Route Table • Stream blocks associated with a BGP device will be automatically removed after completing the BGP Route Table Import wizard. This feature is particularly helpful for Automation testing. TestCenter+ - NEW incremental release continues the evolution of the STC web-based interface: • RoCEv2 Port & Device Grid Support • Users can view port & device grid tab for RoCEv2 when a config with RoCEv2 or CCL wizard is loaded and when RoCEv2 protocol is selected from Technology Selector. • ISIS Protocol/Device Config Support • Added the capability to configure new and edit existing ISIS devices through the TC+ grid • ISIS Device Context Support • Added right-click capability in the device grid of TC+ to support ISIS devices. This enables user to start/stop/establish selected or all ISIS devices via the right-click menu.
