VIAVI Test Center: N11U with perpetual reboot (Hardware issue)
The N11U chassis was constantly rebooting.
Be careful at the moment of inserting the controller of chassis. Damaged can be caused on the pins of controller and/or in the connectors of the chassis as the following pictures shows:
