VIAVI TestCenter - 5.04v - DHCPv4 validation license errors trying to reserve virtual ports

When trying to reserve virtual ports through a configuration script the following error is seen: [ WARN ] [r2 _init_r2_10.51.139.171 if0] Could not find the version and returning None [ WARN ] Device connectivity already established.
