VIAVI TestCenter: after upgrading a PX3-400GQ-T2 module to support 8 x 50G, it is no longer detected by the chassis

• A PX3-400G-T2 module that supported 4 x 50G, was sent in for an upgrade so that it would support 8 x 50G. • After receiving it back and installing it in the chassis (that had 5.04 FW) • it’s not detected by the chassis; and • the card status led is “Red.” • Even after upgrading the chassis to 5.21 (the 8 x 50G capable PX3-400G-T2 module's first release was 5.14). the module was never detected.
