VIAVI TestCenter: The Custom Throughput test incorrectly reports the average jitter in the Summary by Frame Size and Load template when using a jitter-related counter mode that is not supported by the module in use

• The Custom Throughput test's "Summary by Frame Size and Load" template often times shows that the average jitter > max jitter • When the average jitter values in the underlying iteration results .db's Basic Counters table for either Detailed Stream Results or Stream Block Results are used to calculate the aggregate average jitter, it does not match that which is reported in the Custom Throughput test's "Summary by Frame Size and Load" template
