VIAVI TestCenter: DHCP-PD Block State says "Bound" but no prefix was delegated

• A device block is configured to request both a DHCPv6 (IANA - identity association for non-temporary address) and DHCP-PD (IAPD - identity association for prefix delegation) addresses. • Both the "DHCPv6 Block State" and "DHCP-PD Block State" report "Bound" • But only the IANA is allocated • The IAPD was given a "NoPrefixAvail" status code       • It seems that since no IAPD address was allocated that the "DHCP-PD Block State" should say something other than "Bound."
