• Yes, STCv supports version DPDK 16.11 and STCv DPDK pNIC drivers we currently support are Intel and Mellanox drivers. • Attached is a list of NIC that are GA, along with NICs that should work, but have not been fully tested. • The STCv DPDK driver allows us to support Direct I/O / Direct Path, SR-IOV, and OVS-DPDK. • For STCv DPDK 16.11 to work with a Physical NIC (pNIC) the pNIC also needs to support DPDK 16.11. • Most NIC will support multiple DPDK version and will auto to the version of the VM/STCv. • If the version are off a little they still might work. • If the STCv DPDK pNIC is supported Direct I/O and SR-IOV will still work if DPDK is not supported on the pNIC. • STCv will just not uses the DPDK PMD driver that normally polls the pNIC.
