VIAVI TestCenter: EDM-2003B ports are not seen by the VIAVI TestCenter GUI.
• Reboot port group
• Reboot card
• Reboot chassis
• Swap card slots
• Make sure all power supplies are connected and in working condition with green lights.
For further technical assistance, send an email to VIAVI Technical Support (support@VIAVI.com) and provide the following information :
• Software version
• Serial number of card with ports not displayed
• What the status is on the lights for the faulty card
• Provide the .BLL and chassis log
• Your complete shipping address
