VIAVI TestCenter: "Fill Increment" does not increment the "Start Network" properly on BGP route blocks in Edit Route

• Start with one BGP route-block with 100 routes. • Duplicate the block 10 times. • Try  to "Fill Increment" on the "Start network". • It does not increment it correctly.
