VIAVI TestCenter-HLTAPI: Script throws error:Generator config (under xx.xx.xx.xxx-6-1 //6/1): Average port load as IFG (3480.000009 bytes) is smaller than configured IFG (1680000000 bytes)while running steamblock

Below Errors are observed when try running streamblock on HLTAPI version t4.30. The streamblock configuration parameters were calculated so that sum of BPS rate ~= linerate. Apply failed. RuntimeError in apply: There were 2 validation error(s); aborting apply. Generator config (under xx.xx.xx.xxx-6-1 //6/1): Average port load as IFG (3480.000009 bytes) is smaller than configured IFG (1680000000 bytes) Generator config (under xx.xx.xx.xxx-6-1 //6/1): Average port load as IFG (3480.000009 bytes) is smaller than configured IFG (1680000000 bytes) Apply failed. RuntimeError in apply: There were 1 validation error(s); aborting apply. Generator config (under xx.xx.xx.xxx-6-1 //6/1): Oversubscription detected. Average gap (IFG and IBG) (-8.80738 bytes) is less than acceptable minimum (12 bytes). Save xml configuration generated from script was loaded on Windows GUI and same errors were observed. The same streamblock configuration was successful on HLTAPI version t4.22
