VIAVI TestCenter: How do I retrieve the "port logs" from a VIAVI TestCenter test running on a VIAVI TestCenter Lab Server?
  Retrieving Port Logs from a Lab Server test If your test is running off of a Lab Server, unfortunately, the port logs need to be retrieved and sent in separately. To get the port logs from a test running on a Lab Server: - Open a separate STC GUI instance; - Connect to the chassis (but you don't need to reserve any ports); - go to Tools > Equipment view > Port Group tab,  - select the port group you want the logs for to recover the logs from   (you can multi-select rows using +click or +click)               This creates a zip for each port group.  The filenames have the format:      fwlogs-__--.tgz and are located in:          C:\Documents and Settings\\My Documents\VIAVI\TestCenter \Logs\_   Please send these "Port logs" in along with the "Diagnostic Report" when you report your issue.
