• When installing a license the log window on the GUI indicates: • LicenseDownloadFileCommand 3 failed with error: CStcRunTimeError No valid license found for chassis X.X.X.X. Please obtain and install a valid license file. • LicenseDownloadFileCommand 4 failed with error: CStcRunTimeError License being installed is not compatible with chassis X.X.X.X. Please check that license was generated with the correct chassis controller serial number. •
