VIAVI TestCenter: O-DU Emulation is not always in sync when sending O-RAN C/U Plane packets

• The STC is acting as the PTP Master and O-DU to the O-RU. • The O-RU is synchronized to the STC and is receiving valid packets so PTP/S-Plane is working correctly, however it is reporting timing issues with the O-RAN C/U Plane packets - some are "On-Time" however most are "Early" or "Late" - the O-RU will not begin operation unless all packets are "On-Time".
