VIAVI TestCenter: OOS errors seen when sending "1:1" streams to a DX2-100G-P4 but not when sending "1:6"

Test is as follows: • 4.73 • 48 * FX3-100GQ-T2 ports in 25G mode • 1 device block with 1 device count per port • 6 * DX2-100G-P4 • 1 BPG router with 1 route per port • traffic is run from 25G to 100G ports The issue is: • 1:1 has OOS (i.e., DUT drops some frames - about 1000 out of 48,000,000) • 6 stream block per 25G port with 1 src and 1 dst endpoints • 1:6 has no OOS (out of 48,000,000 sent) • 1 stream block per 25G port with 1 src and 6 dst endpoints Question: • What is the difference?
