VIAVI TestCenter: PX3-QSFP-DD-8 (gen 3) in 100G mode - link flaps and sometimes do not come up

• The appliance was upgraded to 5.38.2156 and 4x100g was more stable • But there were still some momentary link flaps • Some ports (e.g., 1/27 and 1/36 have much higher FEC correctable codeword count than the rest) • Also, the Rx power seen on the DUT is about 1/4 of what is seen with other link peers. For example, from the DUT port eth 9 (connected to STC port 25, 26, 27,28):
