VIAVI TestCenter: Received an error "Connection to Server failed, client application must close"While opening VIAVI TestCenter application

We have seen this happening possibly due to repetitive installation and uninstall of STC, here are some solutions you can try:    1.- Reset environment in your PC by deleting the VIAVI Communications directory For windows 10, delete: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VIAVI_Communications   2.- Try uninstalling Postgres SQL first, and just then re-install STC application, Postgres SQL will be installed back again upon the STC software installation Refer to DOC11557 - PostGreSQL 10 Uninstall Instructions    3.- Uninstall/Install STC Application following the next steps: • Uninstall STC • Consider uninstalling all the previous/older STC builds installed, and reinstall just the desired/needed versions of the STC application. • Delete  C:\ProgramData\VIAVI\TestCenter X.XX this will be version-specific. • You could try out cleaning of C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\VIAVI\TestCenter X.XX • Reboot the PC. • Re-install STC X.X via Installer. Usually, at the end of the installer, a command window will pop up to set up  "C:\ProgramData\VIAVI\TestCenter X.XX". It sets up the folder and exits by itself. Please do not kill it if it says for longer. NOTE:  It’s probably that after you do all the steps and start UI for the “first time” again, it could take some time to open, on my environment took up to 5 minutes the first time, however, after that, next times open time is normal -  1 minute or less.   4.- Open Windows Security – Virus & Threat Protection – Ransomware protection and select Manage ransomware protection. Verify whether this is ON or OFF, and if you can select to allow an app through.   5.- Run the VIAVI TestCenter executable with "loopback false".  Change the properties of the exe and after TestCenter.exe put “-loopbackSession false”. In order to do this, create a shortcut to TestCenter.exe and append “-loopbackSession false” to the end of the target section in the properties.​​      6.- Modify the stcbll.ini under [system] category, set enableStak=false (default is true)
