VIAVI TestCenter: STC 5.46 - Results Reporter - Generated csv files from RR application and ResultsReporterCLI.bat are not identical

Using the “ResultsReporterCLI.bat” file (located in C:\Program Files\VIAVI Communications\VIAVI TestCenter 5.46\VIAVI TestCenter Application\Results Reporter) to try to convert 100 db files to csv, comparing files from RR application and ResultsReporterCLI.bat are not identical, the format is presented differently:   The instruction is used as it follows: • "C:\Program Files\VIAVI Communications\VIAVI TestCenter 5.46\VIAVI TestCenter Application\Results Reporter\ResultsReporterCLI.bat" -o "C:\bat_test\.db" -f csv -d "C:\bat_test\.csv" -t "C:\Program Files\VIAVI Communications\VIAVI TestCenter 5.46\VIAVI TestCenter Application\Results Reporter\templates\Default.rtp" (See full usage of the “ResultsReporterCLI.bat” file under KB article: FAQ11565) With the generated output, this may affect in knowing what exact data is represented because the uniqueness is missing.
