VIAVI TestCenter: STC 5.47 - Unable to disable MACsec and IEEE 802.1AS technologies in the Technology selector of the STC GUI

Technologies: • MACsec • IEEE 802.1AS When unchecking any of these items from the technology selector, nothing happens, the tabs of these tecnologies remains like if the technology selector wasn't working for these.   Steps to reproduce: • Open STC 5.47 GUI • Add two offline ports • Go to All Devices • Check that MACsec and IEEE 802.1AS tabs are in there • Open the Technology Selector • Uncheck MACsec and IEEE 802.1AS and Click OK • See that MACsec and IEEE 802.1AS tabs keeps in there
