VIAVI TestCenter: Streams ARP resolves but traffic only passes through the DUT intermittently
IP Address of Raw StreamBlock was same as the Device on the same STC-port but different MAC addresses.
DUT gets confused which MAC addresses are for Which IP addresses.
SOLUTION: is to set both the Raw Stream and the Device to have the same Source Mac addresses, then traffic will pass through the DUT.
