VIAVI TestCenter: Traffic capture time offset between pkts goes massively negative

When using FX2-10G-Q5  and while capturing traffic on the VIAVI chassis, on a link where the VIAVI is going to become the GM ultimately, the customer noticed that the offset time between the frames in the VIAVI's captured pcap file goes negative after some number of frames. From the captures attached you will see the arrival time initially seems to be in 2064, and then, the next packet shows the accurate date which is 2024, all the pcap attached shows the same behavior:
