VIAVI TestCenter: Virtual Controller (License Server) is not powering up.
•  Model - VCTL-2000A • check AC/DC power adapter for green LED • no LED? Check wall outlet is supplying power. • connect Monitor and keyboard and power on • the unit may not make a sound when powered on so need to connect monitor to see if it actually shows anything on the screen • if nothing on screen probably requires RMA, contact VIAVI Support • support@VIAVI.com or 1-800-774-7368
