When we use Linux to load VIAVITestCenter API, if we meet error "Error Occured while loading the VIAVI Automation Internal Utility Library (couldn't load file "/var/tmp/VIAVI_TestCenter_3.60/VIAVI_TestCenter_Application_Linux/libsTcl.so": /var/tmp/VIAVI_TestCenter_3.60/VIAVI_TestCenter_Application_Linux/libACE.so.5.5.6: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied).", we need to close SELinux in our system.
Set in Linux:
vi /etc/selinux/conf
set SELINUX=disabled
