VIAVI TestCenter: What happens when I enable "Break Link" on VIAVI TestCenter cards.
• Issue: What happens when I issue a Break Link.
• A fpga register bit is changed, this is connected to the TX_disable on the SFP module. For fiber this would turn off the laser, for copper it should also shut down the transmitter but that might depend on the vendor of the SFP.
