VIAVI TestCenter: When ARPing from the bound stream block, ARP is attempted from only the first device block and not all the devices

• A stream block is bound to two device blocks. • Both device blocks have a device count of 4 and have a range modifier on the gateway address. • Start ARP/ND is executed on the stream block but only one ARP request is sent out. It is for the first device, in the device block. • The expectation is that all devices would resolve ARP since there is a modifier on the gateway address. • Note: In the case where only a single ARP is issued and resolved, the destination MAC addresses for each flow is correct. That is, each gateway MAC is used and not just the one from the single resolved ARP (see pcap, "dst MACs ok though.pcap").
