VIAVI TestCenter: When I disable auto negotiation in fiber optic mode on the CM-1G-D12 or CM-1G-D4, it seems to still be enabled.

• There is a difference in CM and EDM modules concerning auto-negotiation.
• Scenario 1 - DUT auto negotiation off
• EDM with auto neg On will indicate link down.
• CM with auto neg On will indicate link up.
• Scenario 2 - DUT auto negotiation on
• EDM with auto neg Off will cause link on DUT to go down.
• CM with auto neg Off will keep DUT link up.
