VIAVI TestCenter : Why is DHCPv4 Discover message not replying from Relay Agent ?

Answer:

In the left hand pane of the GUI, go to VIAVI TestCenter > Ports > Settings > DHCPv4 tab. Check the box labeled "Use Gateway when sending DHCPv4 messages to Relay Agents".
