VIAVI TestCenter: Why is STC sending OSPF LSA type 10 (Opaque LSAs) when they have not been configured?

Knowledge Base - FAQ

By default, STC will generate and send only those LSAs that has been configured in the "Generate LSAs" window in the OSPF tab. Those who have not been configured should not be generated. However, even if STC has not been configured to send LSA type 10, if DUT sends Type 10 (Opaque) LSAs out to STC, STC will reply with same format (LSA) that was received from the DUT, making us believe that STC has generated them, but it's only replying the same way as it was forwarded by the DUT. RFC5450. page 5 bottom, mentiones the following:   "Opaque LSAs are typically not flooded to the non-opaque-capable routers. As a general design principle, optional OSPF advertisements are only flooded to those routers that understand them." With the "typically" provides some scenarios in which DUT will send those LSAs to STC, which it will reply as a normal behavior. However, make sure DUT is actually generating those Type 10 Opaque LSAs, otherwise, we might be talking about something buggy.
