VIAVI TestCenter: Why is there a delay to get results updated under Stream Block Results view after stopping the traffic?

The IL does not return right number of streamblock results back every refresh rate, but UI have to make sure the number is right and then Update the numbers. If you set the refresh rate to 5 sec, then it could be updated on the 2nd refresh (Which are 10 seconds though), >> That is why the delay is expected. BTW, if you set Timed Refreshed Settings to 1 sec, it makes the RX Count (Frames) NOT to populate UNTIL you  stop traffic, the explanation for that is because the refresh rate = 1 sec has very intense queries and make the IL return the wrong  number of results back till traffic stopped. So the moderate refresh rate maybe between 3-5 sec. NOTE: This question came from a case where values were toggling between correct values and wrong values in 4.84 release and FX2-40G-Q4 (Refer to KNI15352 - VIAVI TestCenter: Incorrect Stats on GUI on FX2-40G-Q4 in 4.84 release), once the issue was fixed within 4.88 release I noticed the values weren't toggling anymore but there was this "delay" to reach the correct values under Stream Block Results.
