Why am I getting a "Stored config has invalid/unknown data: Couldn't create IPv6 interface" error when applying my VIAVI TestCenter configuration?

Please check interface configuration  for duplicate addresses and/or IP gateway setttings 1/10/2013 15:47:18 .1  Error  Other  ApplyToILCommand 10 failed with error: Interface Apply Failed. 1/10/2013 15:47:18 .1  Info  Other  Apply failed. I've noticed this when the device blocks are dual stacked (i.e., EthernetII/IPv4/IPv6) AND have BGP (IPv4) activated.  But ultimately this is likely caused by an improperly formatted IPv6 link-local address, with respect to RFC 4291.  Please try modifying them as discussed in FAQ13067.  If this does not resolve this error, please contact Technical Support at support@VIAVI.com (1-800-VIAVI).  Note: This apply time error first started occurring in STC 4.10.
