Problem:
HST DSL module does not train.
Solution:
Check the standard on the modem’s general settings. Multimode is the default setting for ADSL 1 circuits, and ADSL2+ Auto is the default for ADLS 2 circuits. For modules with a transport setting, verify that the transport is set correctly to ATM or PTM or that it is set to AUTO. For modules with a technology setting, verify that the technology is set to AUTO, or that it is correctly configured for the circuit type under test. For modules that allow users to choose between the RJ port or the copper leads for DSL testing, verify that the correct port is selected for the DSL interface.
