ONX-580 DSL menu icons missing

Problem: 
My DSL testing ICONs have disappeared from the menu selections on my Viavi ONX-580 One Expert
Solution: 
First make sure the menu has not been collapsed by checking for a menu entry that just says DSL. Individual categories can be opened or collapsed by touching on the entry to display or hide the application icons. If there is no DSL entry then inspect the back of the unit to ensure the DSL module is currently attached. If the DSL module is attached but does not show up then try reseating the module. Power down and remove any AC power to the unit. Unscrew the 4 large screws securing the DSL Module to the mainframe, remove the DSL module, inspect the connectors for any signs of damage and then reattach the DSL module to the unit and tighten the 4 screws finger tight. If there is still no DSL entry on the home menu then the unit and module should be return for service.
