What do I have to pay for?
Customers are required to pay for their own travel as well as making their own payment arrangements directly with the hotel for accommodation – and any individually ordered meals or services. The NITROcon booking rate is available at this link. VIAVI will be paying for group lunches on June 9-10. There will be an optional off-site dinner with entertainment on June 9, which will also be paid for by VIAVI.
How much do the hotel rooms cost?
Our special rate is 235 Euros per night, breakfast included. We have a certain number of rooms reserved, but they will be released by the hotel closer to the event if not booked. So once you receive confirmation, please book your hotel through the link provided as soon as possible.
Can we stay an extra day?
Yes. Reduced rates are available before and after the event for those wanting to stay a little longer.
