Bad CRC on MTS\TB-8000

Problem: 
The MTS\TB-8000\8000E will not boot up. Unit display Bad CRC.
Solution: 
Reference the 8000 software upgrade procedure to create a USB software upgrade stick. Power the 8000 off and place the USB on the one of the mainframe's USB ports. Hold down the SETUP and START/STOP buttons and then power on to access the boot loader screen. Select Upgrade from USB. If the mainframe software is old there may be no response to the SETUP and START/STOP button. In this case, move to the 7 purple buttons along the right side of the display and hold down the second from the top and the second from the bottom, during power up, to access the boot loader screen. Usually this reload of the software to the hard disk corrects this issue. If it does not then the unit should be returned for service.
