Problem:
Inspecting fiber interface with a Viavi FVA fiber inspection scope and cannot see the image if the fiber is inserted all the way in. Have to pull it back out a bit to see the image.
Solution:
The scope most likely needs a coarse adjustment. While the image is live, hold the [CTRL] or [SHIFT] key and move the mouse to the left or the right. To achieve optimal focus, first begin moving the mouse to the left until the image focuses or you reach the end of the travel. If you reach the end of the travel without achieving a focused image, move the mouse to the right until the image comes into focus.
