What is the difference between an MTS/TBERD 5882 and the other V2 5800 models?
The 5882 model adds an internal satellite receiver to provide synchronization for support of advanced timing applications such as PTP and One Way Delay. It also supports more advanced cable diagnostics using the Ethernet Pairing Partner (EPP) accessory. The 5822 supports all test features of the other 5800 V2 models and offers a longer battery life (over 3 hours) and a faster battery recharge.
