The VIAVI OneAdvisor 800 is designed to simplify the evolving network test needs of service providers, datacenters, field technicians and contractors as they deploy, groom, and maintain a wide variety of wireline and wireless networks. The modular design of OneAdvisor 800 allows network technicians to easily switch between a multitude of test scenarios including transmission protocol, fiber, or over the air RF signals.

For example, for teams looking to scale 5G or maintain 4G/3G, OneAdvisor 800 allows the testing of fiber, RF, and CPRI/Ethernet from a single instrument, replacing multiple independent tools (OTDR, CAA, Fiber Scope, RF spectrum analyzer) and significantly reduces the total cost of ownership. Likewise, datacenter technicians with OneAdvisor 800s in different locations can run an OTDR trace between facilities then test the quality of 400G transmission with the same instrument.  The OneAdvisor 800 simplifies both test scenarios, plus many more.
